Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0145-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mr. Jarrod Gregory. Project is limited to skimming clean gravel from a perched gravel bar and overflow channel for maintenance and improvements on property, not to be sold or transported off the adjacent parcels owned by the Permittee. Gravel removal and grading is limited to less than 250 cubic yards in the first year of the project. Thereafter, removal and grading of gravel bar will be limited to specific needs for continuing ranch load maintenance, but no more than 20 cubic yards annually. No vegetation within the floodplain. Limited amounts of riparian vegetation will be removed from the edge of the pasture/orchard (uplands) forming the upper boundary of the floodplain. Vegetation removal in this area is limited to limbing larger trees, removing non-native vegetation, and thinning native vegetation such as willows.
