The project involves replacing an existing, deteriorated, 12-in diameter, steel irrigation pipe crossing the right levee of Georgiana Slough. Pipe will extend from the water and up the slope, through the levee section, and down the landward slope to the levee toe. A shut-off valve will be installed on water side section of the pipe. The invert elevation will be at or above the 100 year flood plane with a 2-ft min cover at the crown. The pipe will be exposed on both waterside and landside slopes.
Section 15301e additions to existing structures provided that the addition will not result in an increase of more than: 50% of the floor area of the structures before the addition, or 2,500 sf, whichever is less, or 10,000 sf; and section 15302c replacement of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving no expansion of capacity.
