Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes highway maintenance project to cold plane and place Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) on State Route (SR) 12 in San Joaquin County between postmile 18.65 to 20.9. Construction would occur within Caltrans right of way. The purpose of this project is to repair areas of failing or damaged-pavements to extend the service life of State Route 12. The need of this project is to prevent further deterioration of the paved surface.
