Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a highway maintenance project involving bridge maintenance at various locations along State Route 152 and Interstate 5 throughout Merced County. A total of eighteen (18) bridge structures will be repaired by replacing joint seals, treating bridge deck with methacrylate and repairing unsound concrete, depending on each bridge condition. All proposed work will be performed within the limits of the bridge structures with exception of construction area signs. Te purpose of this project is to delay the future need for major rehabilitation of the bridges.
