Improve water supply and reliability for its customer, Homer, Antelope Valley-East Kearn Water Agency (AVEK) will transfer up to 35,000 Arce-Ft of SWP supply to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) in 2017. Water will be delivered through KCWA's SWP turnouts along the California Aqueduct.
