The purpose of this activity is to make a revision to the guidelines previouisly adopted by the California Energy Commission to govern the certification of eligible renewable energy resources for purposes of the state's Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) pursuant to Public Resources Code, section 25740 et seq and Public Utilities Code, section 399.11 et seq. The revision is unintended additional requirements for aggregated units.
