Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 78 square feet of potential land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel. The coverage transfer will satisfy City of South Lake Tahoe permit requirements for non-permitted coverage for exisitng steps and landing to an exisitng residence. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
