Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0406-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. Aaron Bryan. The project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Van Duzen River. Water is diverted for micro-hydro power generation. The water is diverted and runs through a pipe for 400 ft, passes through a small turbine, and is returned to the stream. This diversion is non-consumptive but affects the flow in the stream for the diverted bypass section. Work for the water diversion will include modification, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
