Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The CWSC proposes to install approx 110 lf of new pipeline located within ROW to create a bypass that will allow flow from the city of Torrance into the CWSC system. Excavated waste soil and paved road materials will be removed and sent to reclamation or a recycling facility. The proposed project is within a developed roadway and is a modification of existing infrastructure. The project will provide for the operation of these facilities.
