DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under regulations, title 22, division 4.5, chp 20, sec 66270.61, has issued an emergency permit to Bio-Rad to treat hazardous waste by controlled reaction with a chemical solution. The hazardous waste to be treated consists of 2,2 Azobisisobutyronitrile, picric acid, and tetrahydrofuran.
