Minor maintenance performed over the entire road will include: brushing to maintain road width; install rolling dips to control drainage; and cover all disturbed areas outside the road surface with slash to reduce potential erosion impacts.
Additional work/improvements to the lower 1,500 lf of the road will: remove ditch relief culverts; re-slope existing road inslopes to outslopes to eliminate drainage concentration; install rock armored dips or fords; remove perched road fill and install rolling dips prior to slides; excavate along road bank, as needed, to maintain roadway width; and place course rock, as needed, for both erosion control and to provide a stable driving surface.
