CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0141-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Michael Griggs.
Project is limited to one encroachment to install a culvert for a driveway across the seasonal unnamed tributary to Baechtel Creek. The project is proposed to be conducted outside of the rainy season, while the stream channel is dry. The project includes installation of rock-slope protection and revegetation of disturbed areas to prevent erosion.
