Document Description
The project would allow the San Diego Unified school district access to approximately 0.25 acres at Preuss School for the right of ingress and egress to and from Licensed Area for the purpose of designing , constructing, and installing the 48 foot by 60foot modular building and any furniture, furnishings, and equipment purchased with the Prop Z funds ("Prop Z Property") and auditing and removing the Prop Z Property in the event of revocation or non-renewal of Preuss' charter . Work would be done to build out the site and install the modular. Parking spaces at the site would be provided for Licensee's contractor use. The license term would run for 20 years form approximately September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2037. There is one (1) 10 year option to renew the license.
