Document Description
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and the City of Santa Ana, propose to grade separate the Metrolink Southern California Regional Authority (SCRRA) railroad crossing at 17th Street to remove the existing at the crossing and alleviate current and potential future impact to motorists and train associated with the at grade crossing. The preferred alternate for the grade separation of an underpass with 17th Street and Lincoln Avenue lowered to go under the railroad.
