The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0336-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to BBW and Associates represented by Mr. Jared Gerstein.
The project is limited to the use and/or maintenance of 9 existing water drafting locations proposed for dust abatement, road construction/maintenance, fire suppression and herbicide mixing.
