Document Description
Request to subdivide an existing 11.44 acre parcel to create five parcels int he P-D 313 (Planned Development) zoning district. The resulting five parcels will consist of varying size but a a minimum each parcel will be greater than an acre. The current parcel fronts on both Greer Road and Santa Fe Ave., while the resulting parcels, at full build-out, would consist of three shared driveways (one from Greer Road & two from Santa Fe Ave.). The request includes creating reciprocal ingress & egress access as well as utility easements between the resulting parcels. The configuration of each parcel corresponds to the previously approved three phased development plan under P-D 313. Development for P-D 313 has not commenced. The site's current use consists of multiple commercial uses and row crops. The development schedule for P-D 313 will expire on Jan 08, 2018, if all phases of construction have not been completed as approved.
