Document Description
The project is a two-parcel residential subdivision of a subdivision of a 6.7-acre parcel. The 6.7 acre project site is generally unimproved except for a gravel access road to an existing boat ramp on the Sacramento River and the placement of fill from two prior grading permits. The project would create two parcels, one 2.25-acre parcel and one 4.27-acre parcel for residential construction. The project site will be served by on-site sewage disposal systems and on-site wells. Access to the project site is from Riverland Drive.
