The city of Stockton Draft Bicycle Master Plan is the result of an extensive, community-driven planning process involving close collaboration between the city of Stockton and its residents. The goals, vision, and implementation strategy of the plan are informed by the needs of the community, and codified in the plan's vision statement. The plan is intended to not only envision a future for the city of Stockton where bicycling is a viable option for people of all ages and abilities, but to also serve as an implementation roadmap for elected officials and city staff to achieve that goal.
