The applicant requests a GPA to change the designation of the subject property from single-family residential-medium density to single-family res-high density and to rezone the subject property from single-fam res (R-10) to a planned unit district (P-1). The request also includes an approval of a vesting tentative map to subdivide an approx 0.96-acre property into six residential lots (ranging in area from 3,196 to 9,660 sf), parcel A (6,348 sf) for the driveway and parcel B (1,348 sf) for guest parking and a request to establish a final development plan for the six residential lots and parcels A and B. The existing residence will be demolished to allow the construction of six new residences (ranging in size from 1,677-2,419 sf of living areas).
