Document Description
The project would demolish the existing development to construct a 481,438 sf multifamily residential building on the northern portion of the site and a 100,000 sf fitness building on the southeastern portion of the site. The multifamily residential building would be five stories and 55 ft in height, with 338-units. The fitness center would be two-stories and 48 ft in height, and would include two indoor swimming pools, two outdoor pools, two basketball courts, space for racquetball, a child care center, spa, and multiple exercise studios. The project would have 606 surface parking spaces and 310 parking spaces in one level of underground parking.
