Document Description
Note: Project Withdrawn per lead agency on 09/06/17 John Adams Academy proposes to develop the El Dorado Hills campus in an existing 89,470 sf manufacturing and warehouse building facility. Full build-out of the campus would also include a 7,000-11,000 sf gym; additional classroom area of 25,000 to 28,000 sf for 20 to 25 classrooms (14,000 sf footprint if two stories); an 8,000 sf performing arts facility (which may be combined with the gym as a multi-purpose facility); and an additional sports field of approx 54,000 sf. The project site is planned to provide 200 parking spaces. The anticipated capacity at the El Dorado Hills campus would be, with full buildout, 1,650 TK through 12th grade students in about 65 to 70 classrooms.
