Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 1.97-acre Project consists of removing three spans of the south-bound State Route 99 Lagoon Creek Bridge and constructing taller and wider replacement bridges. The Project will permanently impact 0.007 acre/48 linear feet of
stream channel and 0.007 acre of wetland habitat, and temporarily impact 1.01 acres/344 linear feet of stream channel and 0.95 acre of wetland habitat. Dewatering will occur within the Project area. No wet concrete will be placed into wetland or stream channel habitat.
