Caltrans is proposing a scour mitigation and bridge replacement project at two different locations in Sacramento County; at the American River Bridge on SR 160 north of downtown Sacramento, and at the Lagoon Creek Bridge on SR 99 north of Twin Cities Road in southern Sacramento County. The State Lands Commission's jurisdiction and action is specific to the SR 160 Bridge over the American River. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 6-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through April 5, 2025.
