The proposed project consists of two components: a mini storage and a car wash. The proposed mini-storage will be located on the northern portion of the project site on a 2.09-acre parcel. The mini-storage will include one 234 sf single-story office building and a total of 153 storage units in three separate single-story buildings. The proposed car wash would be located on two parcels equaling approx 0.68 acres and include a storage equipment building, automatic car wash with three bays, vacuum stations, landscaping and a snow removal storage area.
