CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0239-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Yuba County Water Agency.
Project includes the repair of a scour area and will entail surface preparation of the affected apron concrete followed by the placement and adhesive dowels will also be installed at the scoured region as part of the apron repair. A sump pump will operate for one day to dewater the work area of approx. 0.63 acres below the diversion dam; the sump pump will remain on the site in case seepage from the dam occurs.
