Document Description
The project proposes to merge three existing parcels into a single parcel, then subdivide that single parcel into eight new parcels and construct two roads with infrastructure to serve future home construction that is anticipated but not part of this development plan. The project would include storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water service improvements, plus electrical, cable, TV and other utilities, to serve future homes. All utilities would be constructed underground. The project would require grading of hillsides and introduction of retaining walls to conform existing slopes to a finished grade (or possible geofabric/geotextile hillside stabilization). About 100 trees would be removed initially for road/infrastructure construction, with another 222 to be removed for future home construction.
