Document Description
The phase I project site is an existing commercial center consisting of five structures totaling 39,645 sf in size located on four parcels totaling 20.1 acres. Uses include retail, restaurants, and a bank. The proposed phase II project site is approx 16.8 acres (731,808 sf) of undeveloped nonnative grassland and ranges in elevation from approx 575 to 640 ft above sea level sloping gently north to south.
