Document Description
The Sierra Pine Subdivision project proposes the construction of a medium density residential development consisting of 199 single family units, landscape lots and a detention basin/park lot on a 28.2+/- acre site in the city of Rocklin. This project will require the following entitlements from the city of Rocklin: a GPA; a General development plan; a rezone; a tentative subdivision map; a design review and an Oak Tree Preservation Plan. Access to the site would be from two access points on Dominguez Rd.
