Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead Request to subdivide an existing 89.7 +/- acre parcel into two parcels of 44.8 +/- and 44.9 +/- acres in size in the A-2-40 (General Agriculture) zoning district. The parcels propose to utilize an existing 40 foot wide access easement to access CA Ave., a County maintained road, which runs along the western portion of proposed Parcel 2. A 30 foot wide private access easement connecting to the existing access easement to CA Ave. is proposed along the southern portion of Parcel 2 for the benefit of proposed Parcel 1. The current parcel is has two single-family dwellings and is enrolled in the Williamson Act, Contract No. 1977-2660. The resulting parcels will remain enrolled int he Williamson Act after the subdivision. Each parcel will be served by private well and septic.
