Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project would include construction of two 400-ft tall (420 ft total, including roof screens and elevator penthouses), 41-story buildings containing a total of 984 dwelling units and 30,350 gsf of retail space on the ground floor. Above grade, the proposed project would consist ot two separate structures, each consisting of a tower above and a podium below. Below grade, the two structures would be connected on basement levels B1 and B2. A variant is being considered, consisting of a single 590-ft tall tower (610 ft total, including roof screens and elevator penthouses) with substantially the same development program as the proposed project. An optional scheme for streetscape improvements is also being considered for the proposed project or variant, that includes sidewalk widening along 12th St.
