Buckeye Enterprises, LLC is requesting to amend a previously approved Conditional Use Permit to allow for the following: 1) Continuation of the previously approved recycling activities with the additional processing food material, food material mixed with green material, and municipal solid waste; 2) Reduction of the daily limit of permitted weight of all inbound materials from 300 tons per day to 200 tons per day; and 3) Expansion of the operating hours of the facility from 4 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday to also include Saturdays from 5 AM to 4 PM. No new structures, facilities, equipment, or changes to the location of uses on the site.
