Note: Response to Comments The project includes a request to facilitate the development of a multi-purpose fueling and service station to serve the motoring public, including cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and over-the-road trucks. The project proponent is proposing the following uses: !) 24 fueling stations; 16 auto and 8 trucks fueling; 2) 8,060 sq. ft. convenience store; 3) 3,217 sq. ft. fast-food restaurant with drive-thru; 4) 1,581 sq. ft. fast food restaurant; 4) 3-bay 9,776 sq. ft., on site maintenance building; and 4) parking areas to accommodate approx. 99 trucks and approx. 86 autos. Implementation of the project as proposed would require a Precise Development Plan a zone variance for sign height.
