Document Description
The Project proposed a General Plan Amendment to change the land use from LMR (Low Medium Density Residential) to GC (General Commercial) and zone change from R-2 (Limited Multiple Family Dwelling) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) on 5.68-acres. The project consists of two parcels that will require the applicants to process Lot Line Adjustment or other subdivision action to create a separate commercial parcel following approval of the general plan amendment. The proposal will allow for the development of up to 61,855 sq. ft. of retail commercial use on the site.
