Project would involve the demolition of the existing 16,854 sq. ft. commercial building (used as a U.S. Post Office) and construction of a mixed use development including: 44 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, 18,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space, totaling 175,000 sq. ft. The Project would be up to approx. 10-stories, reaching a maximum height of 130 feet, with a three-level subterranean parking garage.
