The purpose of the request is to vacate a portion of Mariondale Ave, between Lillyvale Ave and approx 200 ft west of Lillyvale Ave and all of a Lillyvale Ave, locate a corporate entrance to the Upper Campus near the intersection of vacated Mariondale and Lillyvale Avenues for increased security, construct a Guard Station at the main entrance to the Upper Campus, and erect security fencing around the Guard Station area, so as to create an efficiency of goods movement within the Upper Campus area.
