Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0214-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, LLJ Orion Pacific Vista, LLC. The project will replace the on-site earthen stream with underground storm drain infrastructure to develop a multifamily residential development. The vegetation in the stream will be removed, trenches will be excavated, and storm drain pipes will be installed. The project will permanently impact 0.76 acre of stream bed, bank, and channel. The project will mitigate permanent impacts through the deduction of 0.75 credit at a CDFW-approved mitigation bank as well as enhancing 0.75 acre within a 1.35 acre off-site mitigation area in San Marcos Creek.
