This proposed project involves the construction of 305 multi-family units in 10 buildings. The project will permanently remove 0.129 acres of thread-leaved brodiaea (Brodiaea filifolia) habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of an estimated 2,871 individuals of thread-leaved brodiaea, which is designated as an endangered species under the CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
