Construction of a 4,384 sf single family dwelling with a 497 sf attached two-car garage, 327 sf billiard building/storage room, 1,727 sf courtyard, and 657 sf deck; conversion of a previously constructed test well to a production well; development within 750 ft from a known archaeological site; development within 100 ft of ESHA. The proposed project also includes underground water storage, propane gas tank, mechanical rooms, and power extension; in-ground hot tub and pool; planted roofs, and solar panels. Construction of the single story house into the base topography of the hill on the eastern edge of the property line will require 7,624 cy of cut and the same amount of fill.
