A request by Kayla Cervantes & AT&T mobility for a CUP to allow for the construction and operation of a new wireless communications facility consisting of 12 microwave dishes, and associated equipment, all mounted within 20' tall cylinder portion of a new 80' high faux elevated water tank. The project also includes a new 140 sf equipment shelter, a new diesel standby emergency generator and associated equipment, all located within a 35' x 25' lease area surrounded by a 8' tall wood panel fence. The proposed project will result in the disturbance of approx 1,550 sf, on an approx 2.7-acre parcel.
