The project proposes the construction of an industrial business park with retail overlay and open space development located on the former Riverside Cement facility. The site was previously utilized for mining and cement production until operations ceased in 2014. The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement is limited to the grading and fill of fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. identified as Feature K and Feature L. Project activities include removal of vegetation, grading and placement of fill within the above described areas.
