Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project consists of upgrading the existing WWTP to an extended aeration activated sludge system, converting the first and second partial-suspension lagoons to aeration basins, constructing secondary clarifiers for sludge removal and recycling in the dry sludge storage pond, modifying the existing headworks, improving the existing operations building, modifying the piping between the headworks and the polishing pond, modifying the percolation pond piping as needed, and reshaping, excavating and combining several of the percolation ponds.
