Document Description
The city intends to construct an extended aeration activated sludge system that will allow the WWTP to produce effluent with a quality that meets existing limits and, if desired, will be suitable for tertiary treatment and recycle on the adjacent 60-acre property to the west of the WWTP. Upgrades include modifications/improvements to various ponds, clarifiers, drying beds, mixer units, pumps, pipelines, and related improvements. Construction is anticipated to start in November 2018 and finish in November 2021.
