Document Description
The project would reconstruct the roadway, median, right-turn lane, sidewalk, curb ramps, passageways, and driveways, construct retaining walls, modify traffic signal and drainage inlet, install culvert, adjust manholes, and perform associated traffic control activities for the Whittier Blvd and Santa Fe Springs Road Intersection Improvement Project. Caltrans is providing approval for the encroachment permit needed for the work within State owned right-of-way, on Whittier Blvd (Route 72) at Santa Fe Springs Road, in the City of Whittier. Implementation of the project is in accordance with current State specifications and standard plans, Encroachment Permits Special Provisions, and the stamped Caltrans Permit Plans.
