Document Description
Project is a new mixed-use high-rise tower with 220 hotel guest rooms, 22,766 sq. ft. of meeting rooms and ballrooms, up to 200 residential condominium units, and 94,080 sq. ft. of commercial floor area comprised of 44,080 sq. ft. of retail uses and 50,000 sq. ft. of restaurants. The project would provide 617 vehicle parking spaces within three subterranean parking levels and eight partial, above-grade levels. The proposed uses would be located within a 66-story tower including a nine-story podium with a maximum height of 975 feet. Upon completion, the project would include 984,940 sq .ft. of floor area.
