Document Description
A request of Rodney Williams, owner, to consider case no. 17CUP-00000-00006 for approval of a minor CUP to allow for the construction of a 2.80-acre ag reservoir with a storage capacity of 18.4 acre ft, to be used for irrigation. Grading for the proposed project would consist of approx 64,000 cy of cut and 3,500 cy of fill. Excess material would be spread onsite. No tree or vegetation removal is being proposed. The reservoir would be supplied by an existing ag well located on the subject parcel through a 6" PVC inlet pipe located at the northwest end of the reservoir. The proposed 24" PVC outlet pipe and pump pad would be located directly west of the reservoir. Access to the site would be off of hwy 246 via an existing 18' wide paved driveway. The property is 247.02 acres identified as APN 099-230-027, zoned AG-II-100 with an AC Comprehensive plan designation. The project is located at 7630 W Hwy 246 in the Buellton area, Third supervisorial district.
