The project includes the proposed cultivation of cannabis and development/operation of related support activities on a 591-acre property that spans three separate parcels. The areas proposed for development and cultivation are located on two parcels (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers [APNs] 101-080-082 is 154.39-acres and 101-080-086 is
290.09-acres that are separated by a middle parcel (APN 101-080-084 is 147.5 acres). Additionally, the project will include a one-time sediment and debris removal on the eastern and western portion of the basins located on the southern parcel and a rehabilitated aquatic breeding pond for on-site western spadefoot toad populations.
