The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-09826-R5 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tristan Strauss. The project is the cultivation of cannabis, including demolition/removal of existing structures adjacent to Carpinteria Creek and site preparation and planting work within streambed areas to implement 1.05 acres (45,889 feet) of riparian restoration. An existing 4-foot retaining wall along the eastern property line will remain in place.
