Document Description
Consistent with state law, Cannabis Land Use Ordinances (the Project) would regulate cannabis activities within the unincorporated County. The project is intended to balance the diverse demands for cannabis products with the public health, safety, and welfare of the community though the enactment of strong and effective regulatory and enforcement controls. The project would regulate how, where, and how much cannabis and cannabis products may be cultivated, processed, manufactured, tested, distributed, and sold while protecting the environment, neighborhood character, and quality of life for people and communities.
