The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement; EPIMS-02730-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Applicant, Clear Source, LLC., for the project located at 2800 Gypsy Canyon Road. The project is the restoration of 3.57 acres of sage scrub habitat, including 0.5 acres of stream habitat, and the cultivation of cannabis and associated activities on 14.41 acres of a 143.46-acre property. The amendment increased the cannabis cultivation project area from 13.61 acres to 14.41 acres.
