Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) No. EPIMS-24547-R5 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Debi Thomas. The project is located at 100 Salisbury Canyon, New Cuyama, 93254, and consists of outdoor cultivation activities on approximately 288-acre portion of a 2,133-acre property. The grow area consists of cannabis in hoop houses totaling approximately 186 acres. The major amendment includes reduction of overall grading quantities (1,396 cubic yards less of cut, and 242 cubic yards less of fill); removal of civil improvements including installation of a new arch culvert; reduction of overall site disturbance from 3.2 acres to 3.09 acres; replacement of the 0.5 acre nursery area with hoop houses to a general staging area; and addition of 50-ft cultivation setbacks to each side of the existing drainage area located within the southern portion of the site.

The Project is located at 100 Salisbury Canyon (Latitude 34.897339, Longitude -119.66002; Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) 149-140-052, -053, 054, -56, and 149-190-031) in New Cuyama, Santa Barbara County, California, 93254. The parcel is bisected by Salisbury Canyon Wash. Salisbury Canyon Wash flows north through the middle of Salisbury Canyon. The channel continues through active farmlands and the town of New Cuyama, until it joins the Cuyama River north of Hwy 166.
